Quality Labor Services (hiring agency) is seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to minimize downtime and ensure production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment

Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Troubleshoot conveyor systems, motors, gearboxes, and pumps

Conduct equipment inspections and safety checks

Replace worn or defective parts

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation

Follow OSHA and company safety standards

Qualifications

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience

Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Basic electrical troubleshooting experience preferred

Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable with strong attendance record

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

Technical certification or trade school training

PLC knowledge is a plus

Requisitos:
