Our newest on demand classes are live. I have added a FORM 2 style class working towards Warrior III and a chill Yin class to ease you into the holidays. Enjoy!

Our newest on demand classes are now live! This week we will look at Standing Splits with a super deep variation at the wall and a heart opening flow working up to Sugar Cane Pose.

It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing that Blue Lizard Yoga will be permanently closing on October 15, 2023. Words cannot express how grateful I am to each and every one of the students and teachers that have made up the Blue Lizard Yoga family over the past 3 years.
Members and class pass holders should have received an email detailing how their memberships will be prorated, and unused and unexpired classes refunded. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions regarding our closure.
