The Fresh Start Program is an opportunity to improve your life!

We recognize the strengths the strengths, goals, and dreams of our members and help them build their resources. Members meet once or twice a month for up to nine months with a case manager to:

Identify key life goals

Put together an action plan to achieve identified goals

Address obstacles

Review progress

Goals can be related to issues such as health and nutrition, employment, citizenship, benefits, housing, and language skills, among others

Requirements:

Fresh Start is a free program for those 18 or older, in need of food pantry services, and are willing and able to work on goals to improve quality of life

Members recieve:

Nutritious food from our client-choice food pantry

Case management

Referral services to educational programs, health care services. employment and more

Nutrition education and cooking demonstrations

Free classes including; Zumba, pilates, yoga, parenting, de mujer a mujer, and arts & crafts
