NHCOA te invita a participar en Cuidando al Cuidador 2026, una capacitación virtual GRATUITA diseñada para brindar herramientas, recursos e información que apoyen el bienestar de quienes cuidan.

Durante la capacitación en español, aprenderá sobre autocuidado, nutrición, tecnología e inteligencia artificial, redes sociales y temas de política pública de interés para cuidadores y sus familias.
