Last week, we came out to support our client Kristin Finley, Executive Director and Registered Dietitian of BeWell365, as she presented a Wellness Lunch & Learn for the El Paso Apartment Association (EPAA), a presentation redesigned by Transformd to support her message and delivery.

Kristin led a practical and calming session on relaxation strategies for professionals working in high stress, resident facing environments. Her presentation blended cognitive behavior techniques with simple breathing and stretching exercises attendees could use right at work.

In advance of the workshop, we redesigned the presentation with Kristin’s brand at the center, bringing clarity, flow, and movement to the visuals while preserving the energy, color, and personality that make her work distinctive. We’re sharing a before and after to show how intentional design and storytelling can elevate a message on stage.

Last week, Transformd teamed up with UTEP Student Advertising Federation to lead a fast‑paced Design Power Hour for UTEP’s media, marketing, and design students.

Led by Brand & Content Strategist, Valerie Chavez, the session focused on communicating ideas clearly, especially in an age of short attention spans and nonstop social media. We covered how design principles like contrast and alignment help deliver a strong message, and how using inspiration can sharpen your eye while still developing your own style.

The students’ creativity came through in the ideas they shared, adding fresh perspectives to the session.

We love showing up for emerging creatives, and this session was a reminder of how much talent is growing in our region. Huge thanks to the students who joined us and brought so much energy to the room.

Last week, we stopped by the 2026 Small Business Resource Panel to do what we love most: showing up for small business owners.

The room was full of entrepreneurs and resource partners tackling challenges, from finding growth opportunities to making sense of the financial side of things. The CPA panel was especially helpful, offering practical, easy-to-use tax and finance tips.

We’re grateful to be part of a community that genuinely wants to help small businesses thrive, and big thanks to the El Paso Chamber for creating spaces where people can connect, learn, and grow and to all the resource partners like the Hispanic Chamber, SCORE Mentors, and U.S. Small Business Administration who showed up to make it meaningful.

We hosted a hands-on Canva workshop designed specifically for small business owners ready to create their own content with confidence.

In just 60 minutes, participants explored practical tools they can use immediately, from simple design principles that instantly improve layouts to AI-powered features, animated presentations, and Canva’s website and form tools.

Led by Valerie Chavez, Transformd’s Brand & Content Strategist, the session focused on real-world application. Attendees didn’t just learn about the tools; they practiced them.
