I have a two bedroom home at 912 Industrial. This home has a large backyard and a storage barn. The water and trash services are paid at this home and it rents for $950 a month. A pet can be considered in this home on a case by case basis.

Also, I have a one bedroom executive apartment downtown, upstairs, suited for two adults only. 316 N. Bickford. Very private and secure with no common breezeway. This large apartment comes with 100% all bills paid, plus cable and high-speed Wi-Fi, including all appliances and a washroom. There is a rooftop deck for enjoyment also. This one rents for $1250 a month. This upstairs apartment does not have ability to have a pet.

I ALWAYS recommend checking out your landlord before you rent in El Reno, this is old retired Officer Pierce from the police station, my landlord references are stellar.
