CenterCal Properties welcomed attendees of the 2026 PREA Institute to Bay Street Emeryville, our recently redeveloped mixed-use destination in the heart of the East Bay, located just four miles from the University of California Berkeley Haas School of Business, host of this year's program.
The visit provided an opportunity to share Bay Street's transformation journey—from acquisition in 2021 through redevelopment completion in 2024—and discuss the leasing, merchandising, and placemaking strategies driving its continued momentum.
