I had the best time making these. Peanut butter and eggs for protein, bananas and oat flour for fiber, just a touch of honey for sweetness and mashed potatoes with plain Greek yogurt for a healthy treat! This is kind of long but bear with me. There's alot going in at Ms. Lindas this week! Yesterday we were extremely blessed with customers, some regular and some new. We apologize for the wait time that some had. We unexpectedly had a party of 8 to show up right in the middle of things and they ordered off the menu instead of buffet so it threw us momentarily so I do apologize.
