VFW Post 5658 Auxiliary

Such a wonderful day for Auxiliary #5658 enjoying our members and community! We took advantage of there being an extra few thousand people in Elberta for the downtown spring Sausage Festival, by holding a bake sale and raffle fundraiser for a young couple that has recently joined our post. Our ambitions surpassed us, not only in the fundraising efforts, but by another great day of team building and recruiting new members into this great organization.

The City of Robertsdale has a Flag Retirement Box located at City Hall. This special project was created by local Scout Elijah Krob as part of his Eagle Scout project.

The box has been in place for some time and is available for citizens to respectfully retire worn or damaged American flags. If you have a flag that is no longer in suitable condition to display, you are welcome to bring it to City Hall and place it in the retirement box to ensure it is disposed of properly and with honor.

Hey, Everyone! Come out and support the VFW Post 5658 Auxiliary with our upcoming fundraiser. We are looking for donations for our Indoor Yard Sale (sorry, no clothing). Come show your community Veterans support by attending this great event that the Town of Elberta hosts every year. Reach out to the Town Hall for your group to participate in the parade.
