Ci Psych would like to introduce our newest provider - Yolanda Baugh (PMHNP-BC)
Yolanda Baugh is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), with a Master’s in Nursing Practice. She has worked in the Medicine occupational sector for more than 39 years. She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. Yolanda possesses strong clinical skills enhanced by her natural ability to build rapport with patients and families. She follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition.
As a PMHNP, Yolanda’s role is multifaceted, including educator, mental health advocate, therapist, and scientist. Yolanda values interdisciplinary education and inter-professional collaboration for a whole person, Patient-centered approach. Yolanda is always advocating for innovations in healthcare and has special interests in the integration of behavioral medicine, trauma-informed care, su***de prevention, and addressing relationship health.
