Construction to Begin April 27 on County Line Road and Kennedy Street will begin on April 27. The City has established a landing page on the City website—Elgin Forward—where we will post information about the project as it becomes available. Beginning Thursday, April 16, Elgin residents will see construction signs for the project. The signs will be northbound on County Line Rd at Highway 290 and Southbound near Neidig Elementary.
