Thank you for stopping by! My name is Andrew Stoll, the Managing Broker & Owner of Stoll Real Estate and the team leader of The Stoll Team. In 2017 we were in the top 4% of all agents/teams in the Chicago-land area. My team isn’t just a collection of agents, but it’s an extension of myself and how I sell. When working with sellers, my team doesn’t just wait for a call to come in, we are actively immersed in the existing market. We create platforms for our clients so buyers can see our properties stand out from the crowd. And when working with buyers, it is our belief to serve the buyer, not sell the buyer. It’s super competitive out there for buyers, but when you work with a SRE agent, you can be certain that you’ll have a bulldog on your side, guiding you, fighting for you, and ensuring that you get what you want.

I come from a customer service background, which has taught me the importance of connecting with people, and this principle is essential to selling real estate. Anyone can list a home and put it on the MLS, maybe even put an ad out there, but it’s the relationships I create and the awareness I generate, that allows my team to sell above the rest. Modern real estate is more than just listing a home, it’s stepping outside of your comfort level, disrupting the norm, and setting yourself apart from the traditional methods.
