The Vertex Foundation Scholarship for SCD & TDT Scholars is now open for applications. This scholarship provides $5,000 USD/CAD to support individuals living with sickle cell disease (SCD) or transfusion-dependent beta thalassemia (TDT), as well as their families, including siblings, spouses, children, and caregivers, as they pursue higher education.
Eligible applicants must be legal permanent residents of the United States or Canada and must be attending or planning to attend an accredited school in either country.
Whether you are pursuing a two-year, three-year, four-year, or graduate degree, this opportunity may help support your next step.
