Official Statement – February 17, 2026

On Tuesday, February 17, 2026, an unidentified male attending a men’s league futsal practice at our facility was alleged to have taken photos and/or videos of youth female volleyball players during their practice session.

A concerned coach promptly brought this matter to management’s attention. We immediately addressed the situation and contacted local law enforcement. Officers from the Elizabeth Township Police Department responded to our facility and issued a criminal trespassing order to the individual involved.

Should this individual return to Marx’s Court Time property, he will be in violation of the trespassing order and subject to arrest.

We would like to thank the concerned parties who reported this incident, as well as the Elizabeth Township Police Department for their swift and professional response.

The safety of our athletes and families remains our top priority. At this time, we consider the matter closed and will have no further comment.
