This week has been rewarding. I have been working closely with a childhood friend to secure insurance coverage for his roof. Although the process has been lengthy, we have finally obtained coverage under Wind, which has allowed us to protect the building's interior, ensure staff safety, and increase energy efficiency and overall building performance. I appreciate your trust in me, Doug, and value our enduring friendship.

Our job is not always easy, but it's in the toughest circumstances that we discover our greatest strengths. This Christmas, one family came perilously close to losing everything, but thankfully, no lives were lost. Working on projects like these is a humbling experience that reminds us to appreciate the beauty in everyday life. I'm grateful to our team for protecting what's left of this home.
