⚠️ Important Update from APEX Billiards ⚠️

To our APEX family,

After carefully evaluating the current conditions in our room, we have made the difficult decision to cancel all tournaments until our air conditioning system has been fully repaired and is operating normally.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the short notice. This was not a decision we wanted to make, but it is the right one.

At APEX Billiards, we believe our players deserve more than just a place to compete—they deserve a comfortable, safe, and professional environment every time they walk through our doors. While we’ve recently invested in brand-new Simonis 860HR Tournament Blue cloth to elevate the playing experience, we simply cannot provide the level of comfort our members and customers deserve without a properly functioning air conditioning system.

Effective immediately:

🎱 All tournaments are postponed until further notice.
🔒 APEX Billiards will operate on limited availability and will be open to members only until the issue has been resolved.

We are actively working to have the repairs completed as quickly as possible and will keep everyone informed as updates become available. The moment we’re back to full operation, you’ll hear it from us first.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support of our small business. Every improvement we’ve made—and every improvement still to come—is possible because of this incredible community. We appreciate each and every one of you, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back under the conditions you’ve come to expect from APEX.

🎱 An Update from APEX Billiards 🎱

As part of our continued commitment to providing the best possible playing experience, we’re excited to announce that all of our tables have recently been recovered with brand-new Simonis 860HR Tournament Blue cloth. We can’t wait for everyone to experience the difference these world-class playing conditions make.

With that said, we also want to be transparent with our APEX family.

Unfortunately, our air conditioning system is currently not operating properly. We are actively working to have the necessary repairs completed, but at this time we do not have an estimated timeline for when the issue will be resolved.

Because of this, temperatures inside the room may become uncomfortable this weekend. We are closely monitoring the situation and will make decisions regarding our scheduled tournaments with the safety and comfort of our players in mind.

⚠️ Please keep an eye on our page for any tournament updates or potential cancellations. We’ll communicate any changes as soon as decisions are made.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this unexpected issue.
