😎 Hey look at this!!! If you’re part of our Trailbound Together Hike and Ruck Challenge, you will earn this patch after completing your 25 miles!!
You can hike/ruck on your own, with the Blue Crew, or with your friends and family on the trails or in your neighborhood.
We’re headed to Yahi Trail in Upper Bidwell Park this Sunday.

🩵 The Blue Crew and friends came together to take on the Tahoe Relay this past Saturday, and all three teams showed determination, teamwork, and perseverance every step of the way. From the runners on the course to the teammates providing encouragement, everyone played a part in making the day a success.
Congratulations to all of the participants for their hard work and commitment. A special thank you to the support crew and team leads who helped keep things running smoothly, and to our amazing cheering squad whose enthusiasm and encouragement made a big difference along the way.
We’re proud of what our Blue Crew community accomplished together. Great job, everyone! 💙🏃♀️🏃♂️👏

SAVE THE DATE! Saturday, September 5, Bogle Family Vineyards is hosting BOGLE GIVES BACK. Join us for this fun evening benefiting R4R and our friends at Sacramento Splash!
Just a typical Saturday with the Runnin’ for Rhett crew:
1️⃣ Find stray shopping carts.
2️⃣ Put the Perryman twins in them.
3️⃣ Crush 2 to 13 miles on the American River Bike Trail.
4️⃣ Refuel with and snacks (and maybe do the weekly grocery shopping while we’re there). 😜
The energy was unmatched today! If you’re looking for a sign to join us this summer, THIS IS IT. See you next Saturday! ☀️🏃♀️

Bay to Breakers 2026: “Sea of BLUE” 🐟🐠🎣🐳🧜🏼♀️
A bucket list race for a lot of us and an annual race for others, Bay to Breakers was INSANE! So much fun, so many costumes, and yes, lots of naked dudes 😂😳. We were entertained the entire 12/15K.
Our “Under the Sea Blue Crew” had a blast and dressed the part, bubbles and all.
Thanks to everyone who participated in the event and the weekend festivities!
Also, thanks to Michelle Plato for the bracelets (we love them) and congrats to Christie, Josh and Teresa for running the 15K!
