Sometimes age and water gets the best of a bathroom. The old shower and tub had to go and the subfloor needed repair. A new soaker tub with tile surround, new corner shower, new toilet, new vanity top, medicine cabinets, and beautiful vinyl plank floor gave this bathroom a much needed facelift. - In collaboration with Get It Rite Construction

Another fun but challenging project completed in collaboration with Get It Rite Construction! The clients came up with a terrific concept and we brought it to reality. A 22x22 addition. Insulated footing/slab on grade. 6/12 vaulted pitch roof and ceiling. We certainly had to overcome some challenges with materials delays and some unique design challenges. We removed the exterior window and made it a pass through and replaced the patio door with decorative French doors. The transition from the dining area through the doors required some creative reworking of the sub floor but turned out seamless and beautiful. The homeowner came up with the concept of the beams which were fun to create and really made the vaulted ceiling a thing of beauty. We absolutely love projects like this where we work hand in hand with the homeowner to design and create their dream project. Homeowner is doing their own carpet after we finished.

Recent collaboration with Get It Rite Construction. The original chimney was stone faced and supported only by the deck below! The deck had sagged 2 inches and who knows how long until it collapsed and brought the entire chimney down. We removed all the stone, jacked up the deck, added a beam underneath to carry the load, and refinished the chimney in beautiful cedar. The new crown and cap is still being fabricated.
