It’s been extremely tough and challenging to find time to work and stay consistent when all of life has been upside down. < Might have something to do with the 5 kids πŸ€ͺ > But I’ve been working on something pretty special and I am SO excited to have it almost ready for you!! If you’ve followed me for any amount of time at all, you know me and technology are not the greatest friends πŸ™ƒ.....but we’re working it out! πŸ˜‰πŸ™ƒπŸ₯΄πŸ˜… (pun intended)

First pot of soup last night of the season.....this was SOUPER DELISH!! πŸ™ƒ Quite possibly the best soup I’ve ever had πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸŽ‰πŸ™ŒπŸ½ only thing I changed was I doubled the recipe (big family probs ☺️) and used 1 lb Italian sausage and 1 lb ground turkey; I also used carrots instead of red peppers (because that’s what I had in the fridge). I did not add the Parmesan rind, only used parm to sprinkle on top afterward to keep it dairy free. You could easily make it vegetarian! 10/10!!! Best part, plenty leftover!

I will never claim to have (or ever actually have πŸ™ƒ) the highest quality recordings or settings, But! I think it’s important to see how working out, staying healthy, and living a Rock Solid life are attainable πŸ’š
How many times have you watched exercise videos or workout moves that seem completely unrealistic?? I have! πŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ There’s some crazy stuff out there, very entertaining πŸ™ƒπŸ˜‚
And most of the time the trainers or individuals are people that workout (literally) for a living!

Here are a few fun options for you at home!! I quite literally put dinner in the oven, and decided to do this workout in my dining room while dinner was baking! DO WHAT YOU CAN - WHEN YOU CAN! It’s real life AND dedication to becoming YOUR very best person.
** to modify, simply forget the β€œsliding” towel and make it a step. ** Don’t forget to do BOTH sides always!
* Do each exercise group or set for desired number of reps. Complete all exercises (each video) 1 time = 1 round. Complete 2-4 Rounds!
