Nebraska Strong Recovery Project has now been activated in Western Douglas and Washington counties in response to the Tornado Outbreak on April 26, 2024.

This past Friday, the NeStrong team, in collaboration with staff from the University of Nebraska Public Policy Center and the Department of Health and Human Services Division of Behavioral Health, participated in the Crisis Counseling Program Mid-Program Training. This session emphasized strategies for effectively engaging with individuals and communities as we reach the halfway point of our grant.
