TJ Henry Racing

Well we are finally back after an awesome 4 nights of racing at Friendship Motor Speedway. That placed reminded me a lot of Bridgeport which we have had good success at so I felt comfortable which is huge when going to a new track.

After 2 solid 6th place finishes to start the week we would back them up on Friday with a 7th out of 21 car qualifying effort. That would line us up 3rd in heat 1 where we would hold our spot to start 7th in the 20 lap feature. We were the last feature for the night and track was slicked off. We started 7th and by the end we were right with the 2 fastest cars all week can crossed the line 3rd.

Saturday we would continue to show speed with a a qualifying effort of 7th out of 16. We would roll off 4th in the heat and exchanging sliders and cross overs with Jeff Parson’s was definitely a blast. We would finish 4th and roll out 8th for the final 20 lap feature of the week. We showed speed the whole race and at one point was up in 4th. Ultimately would settle for a solid 5th place to round out the week of racing.
