SkillsUSA National Leadership & Skills Conference – Day 2 Update 🇺🇸

Another exciting day for Team West Virginia Randolph Technical at SkillsUSA Nationals in Atlanta!

🔨 Cabinetmaking officially kicked off competition with orientation and completing the cut list.

🎤 Prepared Speech held preliminary rounds today, and we’re thrilled to announce our competitor advanced to the Top 12 Finals tomorrow! What an incredible accomplishment on the national stage!🙌🏻💯

🚁 Commercial Drones wrapped up competition today, tackling troubleshooting challenges and complex flight scenarios that tested both technical knowledge, and piloting skills.

🤝 Beyond competition, students have been busy making connections with peers from across the country, trading state pins, and exploring the many amazing vendors and exhibits.

🍕 We ended the day with pizza, games, and plenty of team camaraderie before another big day tomorrow.

West Virginia is proudly represented by 318 competitors this year, and it has been inspiring to watch our students showcase their skills, professionalism, and determination. Good luck to all competitors as competition continues!
