Grasonville Health Services is HIRING! We’re looking for motivated, compassionate, & ready to work Addiction Counselors who want to be part of the solution to the opioid crisis facing our community, our state, & our country.

This isn’t just a job; it’s meaningful work. Our counselors play a vital role in helping people stabilize, heal, & move forward with their lives.

What you’ll be doing:
• Providing individual &/or group counseling
• Supporting individuals actively engaged in substance use treatment
• Working alongside a dedicated medical & clinical team in a patient-first MAT setting

We’re looking for someone who:
- Finds purpose in helping others change their lives
- Is compassionate, patient, & motivated
- Values structure & consistency
- Enjoys a stable early-morning schedule with free afternoons
- Wants NO nights, weekends, or holiday shifts

Qualifications:
• ADT, CAC-AD or CSC-AD required
• Must be licensed or certified as an Alcohol & Drug Counselor
• Must be certified through the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors & Therapists

Support and provide individual and/or group counseling, to individuals seeking substance abuse treatment.
Our desired candidate:
Gets satisfaction from inspiring and counseling others.
Enjoys a stable early-morning schedule, free afternoons, and no night/weekend/holiday shifts
Qualifications: ADT, CAC-AD, CSC-AD
Must be licensed or certified as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor or ADT certified by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists.
