We do this twice a year now in a small “assembly line” - doing it in batches works out better and it cuts down the cost.

We tooled up for 6 assemblies for this run, and only 5 spots were filled. So I have everything needed on hand to build that 6th floor assembly, and the spot is still open - grab it quick!

These assemblies are built in our “best in class” E-Type body shell jig. All mounting points are checked and adjusted to a precise factory fit.

These also include our “hidden subframe” system - roll-cage strength tubing welded into and hidden inside of the sill and crossmember cavities. This system adds rigidity to the Monocoque, much needed support to the jacking points and radius arm cups, and might save your life someday too!

All units are delivered in bare steel, with weld-through primer in all seams, and assembled with our industrial liquid-cooled spot-welder. When completed, they are rock-solid, dead-straight works of art!
