Dean Gaither has welcomed the Interactive Media Class of 2024. Ahead for the cohort is bootcamp: across full-time workdays and with multiple instructors, students are quickly brought up to speed with the principles, tools and technologies needed for success in the program. We’re delighted to see another alum take their talents to higher education. Hear from John about what a degree in interactive media did for him:

“ The iMedia program taught me how to use specific programs and technology and how to approach using resources. This allows me to be effective with current technology and will help me to excel in using future technologies.
Prior to beginning the program, I was unsure where I would eventually implement my skills, so I took the time to absorb all topics. Now in my role as Regional Admission Officer for Hampden-Sydney College, I am utilizing many of the skills and experiences I had in the iMedia program to ensure the success of my office. "

What if we told you the website took 1st Place for Category 3 in the Association for Education in Journalism & Mass Communication’s “Best of Digital” competition? It’s true! 🥇
