Selling East Texas for the past 14 years. Extensive experience as a LISTING AGENT, with a specialty in waterfront properties on Lake Fork and Lake Tawakoni. In 2017, I was featured on HGTV's popular show Lake Front Bargain Hunt: Renovation. Other specialties include, Luxury homes, agriculture and recreational acreage as well as Farm & Ranch properties. I have successfully been listing and selling properties in East Texas since 2006.

My primary focus is MARKETING, I maintain memberships in multiple MLS systems to best serve my sellers. Quality of service is the GOAL, marketing matters and I know that is the key to getting a SOLD sign on your property.

I have a broad background in real estate valuation and project management. My designations include: Graduate Realtor University (GRI) Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and I'm certified in Short Sales and Foreclosure Resources (SFR).
