The moment I fall in LOVE

While most of us tend to think that we fall in love once or twice in life, I find myself opening my heart for love daily. The feeling of love can manifest when human contact is made, while we see the harmony in natures rhythm and for some, while preparing food. Falling in love is a beautiful feeling that has a life chain of its own. It starts with a crush, continues as a fantasy, and peaks when a creation is made.

When I fall in love, I feel the energy of the divine self, my True Nature. Same feelings occur when I come up with a new recipe and try it for the first time. A burst of freshness hits and the excitement that runs through my body makes my heart race. As I wait and anticipate for my creation to accrue, I open my heart and hold my prayers. This is how I feel in the moment, I fall in love.

I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to create healthy & creative food and to feed my community with my heart. I enjoy the kindness I put into everything I make. I enjoy sharing this feeling with the people I love the most. I honestly wish I could spread my creations to people that cannot enjoy food that was made from love and good intention. I keep those people in my heart

I owe all this love to my precious mother, Helen. The one who always opened her heart for others, the one who was in charge of baking and making people happy with her creations. The one who knows more than anybody I know about love, falling in love and doing absolutely everything for love. I love you Jima, Happy Mother’s Day
