MBDY + Be is a gathering space for aware individuals to connect through Movement, Dance, Barre, Yoga Reach deeper into ourselves to better relate to each other.
Introducing CORE LIFT (Tuesdays at 5:30 PM), a strength class designed for women who want to move with power, purpose, and longevity.
This class blends heavier strength training with our signature COREcentric method—focusing on functional core stability, spinal mobility, posture, and pelvic floor control. Expect standing core sequences, smart mobility work, and safe, progressive weightlifting that supports your strength goals and your everyday movement.
Whether you’re just getting started or returning to training with a renewed sense of purpose, CORE LIFT offers a supportive, empowering space to build resilience from the inside out.
