The luteal phase( the second half of our cycle) where our body prepares itself to do some pretty important stuff ☺️. It can also cause feelings of lower energy, pelvic tension and overall a sense of low motivation. Things I recommend during this phase: 1. Low impact exercises 2. Moving your body to whatever capacity you feel capable( to help production of endorphins- the feel good hormone) 3. Getting some sunlight 4.
