Who are your favorites?

I implore you to write down a list of 5-10 or more people that you love, that are your favorite and make sure they know.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Send them a quick text with the loving reminder of how much they mean to you. Drop off a cup of their fav tea or coffee. Write a thank you note. You get the gist.

If one of your favorites happens to be a loving animal or plant being, make sure to spend at least 5 minutes in deep reverence and connection with that plant or animal. Tell them nice things, cry happy tears that flow naturally at the realization of how these sentient beings have helped you along in your journey.
