Encinitas Beach Run on Sept. 17 benefits local water safety nonprofit The Encinitas Beach Run is a 5K and 10K run set to take place from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sept. 17 at Moonlight Beach.

Cruising into the weekend with a lot of exciting things in the works!

Behind the scenes our team is currently planning the Ben Did Go 8.0 paddle from Catalina to Newport, weโ€™re finalizing our 2023 Scholarship recipient selections, planning the Scholarship Awards Dinner, supporting the summit in San Diego, and prepping an outreach team to visit Nicaragua later this month.

Filling the Fin for Water Safety

The Encinitas Lifeguard Association is a nonprofit (501-C3 tax exempt) organization chartered to promote beach safety awareness and professional open-water lifesaving standards. We share the mission, goals and objectives of the CSLSA. The CSLSA (west coast region) is one of seven regions of the United States Lifesaving Association (USLA) which in turn is affiliated to the International Lifesaving Association (ILS).
