A client reached out to me and ask me to help him create a brand new job description. He didn't know where to start. He had an idea what he wanted the role to do but that was where he was and could not move forward. I told him that he did not have to start from scratch. Most jobs have already been created - he just needed to review what is already out there and pull information from them to design the role for his organization.

As a general manager of his organization, he did not have the time to do this part of the process. I offered to handle the research and sent him five jobs that generally described the job he was looking to create and fill.

What does success mean to you?

When you define this and attach it to your goals and your passions, you will see that your life, finances, and relationships will be begin to fall into place and you see what it feels to live a magical life.
