I'm beyond excited to announce our upcoming Aerial Somatic Therapy (AST) Practitioner Training happening March 27-30, 2025, right here in Encinitas. This intimate gathering is limited to just 8 students, ensuring we dive deep both personally and professionally.
Who is this for?
This training is perfect for bodyworkers, psychedelic medicine facilitators, psychotherapists, somatic healers, fascia enthusiasts, and movement/yoga teachers looking to elevate their practice with innovative techniques and integrate somatic approaches for enhanced client journeys.

AST uniquely blends fascial unwinding, somatic movement, gravity-assisted touch, and therapeutic suspension to create a womb-like sanctuary for profound client shifts. You'll also learn to use the Somatic Swing as a support system for your own body, offering extraordinary self-care and sustainability in your practice.
Our current group includes skilled bodyworkers, a guest speaker psychologist (and AST practitioner), facilitators in the psychedelic medicine space, and teachers in the yoga/movement space. It's shaping up to be an incredible collective of beings, many whom I consider masters of their craft.
