Summer food festivals are just around the corner! I'll be serving desserts at Taste of the Triangle in UTC (April 19th), the Chocolate Festival in Encinitas (May 11th) and the Encinitas Wine Festival on June 1st.

This cake was born in California, traveled 3,000 miles in the belly of a plane, and was finished and eaten in Philly. Thanks Delta Airlines for taking care of my cousin's wedding present!
