If we're not a loving nourishing team that uplift and holds eachother u, comforts eachother and holds space while the other unpackages their stuff....

If there is no tenderness and respec, softness and sweetness....
.. then I will stand here and guard my peace andmy value and give all of this goodness to myself, till I find the people who regeneratively give and receive.

I have had to learn bits and pieces of this lesson and piecemeal the bits of it together into a bigger mosaic puzzle that keeps revealing the bigger picture to me.

I am worthy of GOOD LOVE.

I deserve peace and respect and concent and open authentic honest communication.

I will no longer be the person in any relationship that is holding this touch of authentic relating alone.

There is real good love out there! Love that nourishes, that cares, that respects that uplifts, that encourages, that helps, that is available, that is based on good loving communication.

Open to receiving it!

YOU ARE ALLOWED TO CHAGE YOUR MIND!

There are many forces in the universe that attempt to steal our joy, to challange our lessons and commitments to our self, to push our declarations of sovereignty and empowerment to test their validation.

Resist temptations, listen to your intuition, if people atempt to convince and manipulate you, if they use tactics, magic, persuasion, guilt you might feel confused. So, take a pause, back up find your tools and your practice, your friends and your teachers.

And if you fall, don't get sucked into the stories of failure and defeat. Have compassion for yourself, remember who you are and how far you've come. Forgive yourself for allowing what you said you wouldn't allow back in your life. Then RESET the boundaries.

You are allowed to change your mind, you are allowed to reassess and reevaluate at any moment. You can say no after you've said yes. You can say yes after you've said no! You are sovereign. You are powerful and you are free!

Find your boundaries, kep them solid and strong and if they falter get up and dust off and rest them again!

Sensuality and intimacy are often misconstrued... Often we come to expect s*x to fulfill our intimacy needs and we keep chasing s*x to feel intimacy and we often don't realize that intimacy is completely independent of s*x. We can have intimacy with ppl we are non s*xually with. Normalize non s*xual intimacy. With friends or family members you can hug, snuggle, hold hands, stroke their hair, give a foot rub, make deep long eye contact, walk arm in arm, give a shoulder rub all these things can be done lovingly and completely in a no s*xual way or context.

Full moon ritual!

Bathe with a salt scrub and let go of the last bits of what your intention was to release on the new moon before this. As the water cleanses you say i am now open to receiving.... And make your wishes for what you are manifesting in this full moon and the cycle to come till the next full moon.
When you get out adorn yourself and take your time getting ready. Use your favorite natural oils and products and paper yourself (revive from yourself fully) fill your cup.

Make yourself some rose tea and light 2 candles (one black and one white) as you light the white repeat what you want to receive. As you light the black remember what you wanted to release last full moon.

Sit down Infront of your candles and sing from your heart whatever words or tunes come out with no judgement or need for it to rhyme or sound "good" etc.

When. You are done expressing freeform what was in your heart with this song blow out the black candle and say "it has been fully released" keep the white candle on till the full moon is over or as long as you want to let it burn.

Take some time to envision what it is you want to receive and manifest as if it was actually happening in your life.
