I wrote this since I and my entire family are part of the border community. As a Mexican-American, I've always found it so hard to find common ground between my cultures. Yet, when looking at the Tijuana sewage crisis, I've found that we must combine our communities through environmental advocacy and acknowledge that only by working together will this crisis be solved.
