The design for the complex coastal site was a team collaboration between the City, local community, design team and developer of the adjacent 120 lot custom home community. Strand Vista Park is an example of the level of care and accountability reflecting our commitment to efficient project delivery, strong agency coordination, and lasting community value—hallmarks we bring to every public realm project across Southern California. Welcome to Dana Point Residence located in the Golden Lantern neighborhood of Dana Point, CA. Fred Briggs, AIA designed this stunning home and our scope of work included providing a contemporary landscape that would visually frame the already striking architecture. Bringing together true indoor/outdoor feel while uniting the front, side and rear yards to effectively convey the inspiration of the interior designed by noted Seattle based interior designer, Terry Hunziker. The Dana Point Residence won the 2003 San Diego ASLA Merit Award.

Welcome to this exquisite residence located in the Bayshore Enclave of Newport Beach, CA. The classic design of the landscape was inspired by the architecture prevalent in the Hampton’s, NY. The plant material includes Boxwood, Roses, Birch and Magnolia Trees. The paving is a classic pattern in Pennsylvania Bluestone. A private courtyard off the entry provides a space for outdoor dining and grilling which is anchored by a water feature.

Welcome to Torrey Villas, an apartment renovation project with Dahlin Group located in San Diego, CA. With new planting starting at the entry, leasing office and main pool of this resort style living development and continuing throughout including hardscape and additions. The reimaging of the main pool included new fencing and hardscape and a new outdoor cooking/barbeque area with seating for (10) and a custom, floating modern shade structure with recessed lights above the bar. Adjacent to the bar are(2) back-to-back large screen outdoor televisions visible from both the bar and the new dining fire table.
