Data Entry Operators Flexible FT & PT Shifts!

Primary Duties:
Provides support to business operations such as image & data capture, and/or document/transaction content management. May perform processing tasks in one or more of the following areas:
• Data Entry
• Reading and analyzing pictures on a computer screen for NY State EZPass Tolls
• All other duties as assigned.

Skills:
• At least 18 years old and a High School Diploma/GED is required
• Prior data entry experience preferred
• Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Computer experience preferred

Details:
Required to take a typing test: 98% accuracy & 5000 keystrokes per hour
• Proficiency in 10-key recommended

15 Oak Hill Ave Huron Campus, Endicott, NY
Training:
• 7:30am-3:30pm Monday - Friday (Full & Part time Employees are required to train during these hours, after completion of training you will start your choice of shift hours.

Full-time Flexible Shifts:
Pick your Monday-Friday 8 hour shift between the hours of 7a-12:30am
Part-time Flexible Shifts:
Pick your Monday-Friday 4 hour Part-time shift
• 7am-11am
• 6 pm- 10 pm
Alternate shift part-time choices may be offered based on business needs.
Hours can be subject to be change periodically due to the growing needs of the business.
MUST work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

IT Production Control Associate

As an IT Production control Associate you will provide back office support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as image & data capture, and/or document transaction content management. You will be working to support both external/ internal customers and vendors.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
Ability to work with internal customers to resolve inquiries
Provide troubleshooting assistance to internal customers and vendors
Ability to complete daily reports
Content storage and retrieval
Equipment and Supplies deployment
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Successful candidate for this position will have:
SQL experience
Knowledge and ability to work with Excel and Outlook
Maintain a positive environments, working with co-workers and customers within a diverse culture
Excellent telephone manner and listening skills
The ability to relate to internal customers in a professional and courteous manner
The ability to work in a team environment
Adaptable to change
Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
Self-motivation to work under his/her own initiative
Must pass drug test for illegal drugs and background check
Must have High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
Associates or Higher in Computer Science preferred or experience in IT environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.75 per hour
