I am a day late posting but need to get the word out regardless.

As of 1/31/2023 12:01am anyone with a CT Other outfitted with a Pistol Brace is considered to be in possession of a Short Barrel Rifle. SBRs, for anyone who doesn't know, are required to have a tax stamp. Unfortunately in the wonderful state of CT SBRs are also illegal to own all together.

Other states have multiple options as to what they can do but CT only has one.
The only way to stay in compliance is to fully remove the Pistol Brace.

It's tough times we're living in, We're watching our Freedoms slowly rip away from us. Hopefully the lawsuits ensue and the whole thing gets overturned. In the meantime stay safe and stay out of jail. You can't fight the good fight from behind bars.
