Bodywork Alignment

Pulled a muscle in my back last week. It’s a big deal because I do Massage for a living. I’ve gotta get better fast and heal up. The following products are the MINIMUM I use when something like this comes up. Between these products and massage, chiropractic, stretching, ice and heat, I’m more than 90% better. Had to clear my schedule this week, but I do have a client tomorrow and I should be good to go. Good way to see where I’m at because I have packed week next week after rescheduling everyone!
