The Washington State Department of Revenue has recently implemented a new requirement: we are now required to collect copies of your tribal id & tribal-issued fireworks permits. Also as our thank you each person that has sent in copies by December 1, 2025 will be entered into our drawing to win $5000 in free fireworks to kick off your 2025 season.

Purpose of the New Requirement. This requirement is intended to confirm that your business is purchasing fireworks for resale purposes. Additionally, this initiative represents an effort by the State of Washington to collect sales tax on certain transactions involving Native American businesses.
What This Means for You. This documentation is essential to verify your eligibility for purchasing fireworks for resale within tribal jurisdictions and holding your sales tax exemption
