Conrader is seeking a detail-oriented, customer service professional to bring onto their team. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for communicating with the company’s customer base and supporting the business relationship(s).

Responsibilities

Maintaining an organized sales filing system.
Answering calls on a multi-line phone system.
Managing customer data portals.
Responding to order inquiries and status request.
Processing documentation for domestic and international shipping activities.
Works across multiple departments including Sales, Production, Engineering, Accounting in order to support customer inquiries.
Qualifications and Skills

Excellent phone and email etiquette and general customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask effectively prioritize and organize daily activities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
Benefits/Compensation

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
