Decision Associates is proud to partner with the Board of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Center in a national search for their next Executive Director — a purpose‑driven leader ready to guide one of Erie’s most impactful community organizations.

For more than five decades, the MLK Center has been a vital resource for the Bayfront community, offering early childhood education, youth programs, senior housing, food and health services, and cultural enrichment. Its mission continues to shape lives and strengthen families across generations.

The Executive Director will:

• Lead organizational strategy and day‑to‑day operations
• Drive fundraising, grant development, and community investment
• Build and sustain strong partnerships across the region
• Ensure program excellence and financial stewardship

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience (nonprofit preferred)
