In accordance with Governor Tom Wolf's recent order, Altair will be securing all public lobbies, community rooms and fitness rooms at all PA properties under management no later than 8am Monday March 23rd, 2020. Tenant key cards, fobs and/or keys will continue to work in the event you need access to your office suite. Since most of our buildings house at least some "essential business" as defined by the Governor, buildings are not being shut-down, rather secured to limit access.

Effective immediately we will be practicing social distancing per the CDC’s recommendations. As such all Altair offices are closed to visitors. We will be limiting face to face meetings, property tours and non-emergency maintenance.
