Escanaba Autism Alliance

We will be offering shirts/tanks/sweaters to be bought. All proceeds go towards the group. Designs and pricing will be posted later. We will also hopfully have an account at Upper Peninsula Credit Union set up next week to welcome donations there as well.

I am in need of some volunteers.
We are planning an event for our Escanaba Autism Alliance group. I'll be working with the city to see if we can do this in Ludington Park End of Augest or beginning of September. This would be an event for any child on the spectrum/special needs to have a safe event to have fun.

It will be our first big event for our local loved ones and we'd love to do it every year. Please remember we are a non-profit organization trying to help loved ones in OUR community
I'm looking for the following volunteers:

1-2 People to donate their time doing face-paint/henna

Someone with a system whom would donate their time and supplies to the event so we could enjoy some tunes. *This doesn't need to be something extravagant and super loud*

Some people to make some floats that do not involve loud noises or lights.

About 4-5 people to help with a few games.
*Games for all ages/disabilities*

1 volunteer to sit at the sensory bin area

*Any donations for prizes is appropriated but not necessary. Good prizes include gently loved plush/baby dolls/sensory toys ie:pop its*

** I need to talk with the city about what permits are needed to be able to have food down there so please watch for that post if you're a local food vendor we may possibly need 1-2 food vendors whom would like to show up there wouldn't be a "fee" for you to do the event with us this year just help us advertise when we have the set date**
