Our San Francisco 360 team supported the acclaimed Asian Art Museum’s annual Gala, crafting bespoke elements and a tailored blend of audio, lighting, and video for each space to bring Harlene Events and the Asian Art Museum’s creative vision to life.
Outside, dramatic lighting showcased the museum’s historic architecture and the evening’s sponsor, Lexus. Inside reflected this year’s theme of femininity and power, signifying a new dawn of leadership for the organization.
Guests entered by ascending a lush, garden-draped staircase that set the mood. Feminine motifs continued throughout the event: the striking lotus projection mapping in the Samsung Hall, an illuminated dress activation in the court, and custom floating floral-bouquet cubes that added elegance to the main tent.
Each area was designed with multiple transitions and looks that aligned with the evening’s program. A truly stunning gala for a remarkable San Francisco institution.

Sound Image supplies Linkin Park’s From Zero Tour
“Our number one priority is establishing a sound that can be replicated in every city and in every stadium for fans across the world,” explained Tour Director Jim Digby. “Furthermore, we need professional crew who are as excited as us to be working on this tour, which is such a special project. Our artist wants to ensure that the essence of Linkin Park’s songwriting skills, the music that is embedded within them, is accurately represented through the PA sound and through the energy of their live shows. We are all tasked with keeping true to their music and making it sound great again today.”
FOH Engineer Jim Ebdon added, “It’s nice to have been asked to work with such a legacy artist because their fans are quite amazing. Jim Digby has put the best crew together, and it’s a very healthy situation. You can’t often say that in touring, but here, people are prioritised. Jim is so great at recognising if we need some morale. And the band is so appreciative of their crew that it’s a refreshing, positive change. When the people on stage are interested in what you do, and when the crew are so conscientious in their jobs, it makes the difference.”

Rotating around the world, this year’s eighth edition of the Laver Cup was held at the Chase Center in San Francisco. Six of the best men’s tennis players from Europe went up against six of their counterparts from the rest of the world over three days of team competition. Captain Andre Agassi helped lead Team World to a win and celebrated with the excited crowd.
Sound Image supported the tournament with a control package integrated into the house PA, with delay feeds to the backstage provided Meyer Sound system for interviews and announcements. The intricate program required a two-day installation and five days of testing ahead of the three-day event.
