To me, this is the "I see you" moment. It's not just content that tells your story but it's an opportunity to show someone how your brand reflects who you are—the good and the bad. So when someone says, "Oh, I didn't know that about you," it adds something extra and makes them feel more connected to you (which is why we've dedicated so much time to storytelling).
