Goodbye to our Springfield office! Ducks Property Management is moving back to Eugene! Our new office is located at 72 W Broadway Suite 208. We won’t be open to the public until Monday, September 9th. Tenants - please mail September’s rent to 2787 Olympic st Suite 5 Springfield, OR 97477. You can also place a check or money order in the drop box in the back door of the Springfield office.

We were supposed to be in the new office in August 26th, but there were some issues. We appreciate everyone’s patience. The phones will be up and running all week, though so that’s something.
