Congratulations to a father who refused to give up a father willing to learn family law and fight the right way to ensure access to his minor child.

I claimed this win days ago, but a few minutes ago it was officially solidified.

To a good father, victories in custody court rarely feel like celebrations. They feel like relief, survival, and another step toward staying present in their child’s life. But once a father sees the process working, once he sees the strategy producing results, faith starts to replace doubt.

Today in court went exactly how it should when the facts and Oregon family law are actually followed. A highly restrictive parenting plan was challenged and the judge saw straight through the unsupported claims being pushed. We won’t receive the official judgment until Thursday, so nothing is finalized yet, but I know what a strong hearing looks like when I see one.

The father stayed calm, focused, disciplined, and executed the plan flawlessly a real Navy SEAL in the courtroom lol. Big preemptive congratulations to a dad who refused to fold under pressure and stayed determined through the process.

And when Thursday comes and the judgment reflects what we saw today, the entire strategy will make sense. Then you’ll see the vision. (ICTS)

Tomorrow we go to court for a father, and we’re confident we’ll secure make-up parenting time, obtain overnight visitation, and block a highly restrictive parenting plan that has no legitimate grounds to stand on. All of this while continuing to prepare for trial, which is looking stronger by the minute. Once this win is secured, it’s time to claim the next one!!!! tomorrow is a small win that will foreshadow the next.

To the people of our community,

For the past two months, Matthew Humphreys with Integrate Change Through Structure (ICTS), alongside Benjamin Butler Private Investigator and Rebecca Jarvis acting as dedicated concerned citizens have been actively involved in the search for missing person Trevor Michael Naughton in the Vida wilderness. Together, we covered countless miles through difficult and treacherous terrain, driven by the hope of bringing answers to his loved ones and our community.

With heavy hearts, we share that yesterday Trevor Michael Naughton was located…. we found him. While this is not the outcome anyone prayed for, it brings an end to the uncertainty and allows Trevor to be brought home to rest.

We extend our deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of Trevor Michael Naughton. We also want to recognize the tireless dedication of those who stood together in this effort and refused to give up until answers were found.

This announcement comes with sorrow, but also with the understanding that bringing closure matters. Trevor Michael Naughton is coming home.

Rest in peace, Trevor.

Win number 33 is locked in!!!!

Another custody victory in just the past couple weeks, and while we stand here claiming this win, our focus is already locked on 34 and 35 coming right behind it.

But let’s be clear the real winners aren’t us.

The real winners are the parents who walk into that courtroom alone, representing themselves, armed with nothing but the knowledge they fought to learn. Knowledge is power, and information is free. All we do is the prep work.

The real grind starts the moment you step into that courtroom and stand your ground Calm and compose.

You might not be with your child right now use that time wisely. Grind. Stay focused. Keep moving forward. Every step you take today brings you closer to reuniting with your kids.
Take that sadness in your heart, swallow it, and channel it into action. There will be time for self-pity later today, we focus for our children.

If you run a nonprofit that claims to help families but can’t even hold a civil conversation with the executive director of another nonprofit you’re trying to work with without losing your mind, you have no business being in this field.

There’s no room for hostility in real community work. Unfortunately, some of these organizations aren’t here to help families at all they’re here to attack men. I dealt with that firsthand this mornin.

That’s exactly why Integrate Change Through Structure exists. While others spend their time demonizing men, we’re actually doing the work to help them.

The truth is, a lot of people claim to care about families until a man needs help. Then the attacks start.

We’re not here for that. We’re here to change the outcome. 30 custody court cases won so far and still going!
