That's a wrap on MBA orientation week one! ✅

What a whirlwind this week has been! From fun group activities like the welcome BBQ and the escape room challenge to educational classroom sessions like discovering our CliftonStrengths and learning about generative AI, it's been a joy getting to know you all.

Huge shoutout to the MBA class of 2027 for showing up ready to learn and lead from day one. We are so excited to see what this year will bring!

Thanks to the Oregon MBA, Jesse Summers, MBA '25, has accomplished two meaningful career pivots in just two years.

"The program positioned me to become a transformative leader," Jesse says. "I started the program with specific skill gaps I wanted to address, but I left with a deeper strategic mindset and a broader view of how organizations tackle complex challenges," he says. "That strategic lens has allowed me to successfully navigate change and think creatively about how my team can meet our organization’s strategic goals."

Now serving as the Director of Licensing for the University of Oregon, Jesse is helping shape the future of innovation and brand strategy.

How lucky are we to have him stay on campus?!
